The PROPERTY SEARCH assignment which you give us, involves us selecting properties amongst those to be found in agencies or directly from the owner, that best correspond to your taste and criteria.
In order to best accomplish this, we will define with you what you are looking for in a property with the help of a questionnaire/statement of scope that we will ask you to complete in as much detail as possible. The answers you give will help us to gain a comprehensive view of your plans, your tastes and your lifestyle and will make our search all the more efficient and relevant.

The length of our search is initially limited to six months. Before the end of the first three months, we undertake to present to you a selection of at least three properties which most closely correspond to your criteria as laid out in the questionnaire which you will have completed. For each property we select, we will provide you with a full fact file, complete with photos, which you will receive via email.
If none of the properties inspires you, our search will continue for a further three months during which we undertake to present to you a further two relevant properties based on the criteria you provide. If, at any stage, a property catches your imagination, we will accompany you on to the next stage of the process: visits and negotiation.

For the visits and subsequent NEGOTIATIONS, we are on your side. We negotiate with you and for you, not for the seller.
