Our fees

Holiday Home - Ile de Ré agency fees include:
  • Synthesizing the responses to the questionnaire into a document which highlights any specific points you have made,
  • Property search (prospecting owners directly, prospecting agencies, making initial visits...),
  • Drafting and sending via email summaries and photos of properties that best meet the search criteria,
  • Accompanying you on visits and in the negotiation process,
  • Providing legal and administrative assistance up to the signing of the final sales document.
      • The agency fees are fixed at 1.5%* of the net purchase price, ie the purchase price reduced by other agency fees, where applicable. The fees are payable at the time the final sales document is signed.

* : agency fees for letting your property are not included in this amount and will be fixed separately should you decide to use our services.
